OpenManager
Privacy Policy
Effective 26 August 2026
What this policy covers
This policy explains how OpenManager handles personal information and Google user data when you use its workspace, email, and calendar features.
Information we process
We process the following categories of information:
- Account and workspace information.
- Gmail data.
- Google Calendar data.
How we use and share information
We use this information only to operate, secure, and improve the features you request, including email organization, work planning, calendar sync, and user-requested automation. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We share information only with service providers needed to operate OpenManager, including hosting, database, security, and—when you use a model-backed feature—OpenManager's self-hosted AI runtime and the configured model provider that processes relevant workspace content to produce your requested result. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Storage, security, and retention
OpenManager stores workspace data in tenant-scoped records. Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before server-side storage. We retain information while it is needed to provide the service and meet legal or security obligations. You can disconnect Gmail or Google Calendar in OpenManager settings; disconnecting removes the stored connector record and requests token revocation from Google when available.
Your choices
You can choose whether to connect Google services, revoke OpenManager access from your Google Account, and request access to or correction of your OpenManager data by contacting us. Disconnecting a service stops future access; it does not automatically remove workspace records that were created from that service before disconnection.
Google API Services
OpenManager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
