Terms of Service

Who provides OpenManager
OpenManager is operated by Qimo ZHU in Japan. These Terms govern your approved access to and use of the OpenManager workspace, including its email, calendar, planning, and AI-assisted features.
Approved access and accounts
OpenManager is currently available only to people and organizations that we approve for access. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been used without authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where caused by our failure to protect it.
Acceptable use and your content
You may use OpenManager only lawfully and in line with these Terms. Do not use it to harm others, interfere with the service, bypass security, infringe rights, or upload or instruct OpenManager to process content that you do not have the right to use. You retain responsibility for the content, instructions, and decisions you provide. You must review AI-assisted outputs before relying on, sending, publishing, or acting on them.
Connected services
You choose whether to connect services such as Gmail or Google Calendar and control the permissions you grant. OpenManager uses those permissions only to provide the features you request. Your use of a connected service also remains subject to that provider's terms and policies. You can disconnect a connected service in OpenManager settings or revoke its access through the provider.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, pause, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or comply with law. We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service is at risk, or continued access could harm users or OpenManager. You may stop using OpenManager at any time.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
OpenManager is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-every-purpose service. To the extent permitted by law, Qimo ZHU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses caused by your content, instructions, decisions, or third-party services.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how OpenManager accesses, uses, stores, and shares personal information and Google user data. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy differ on personal-data handling, the Privacy Policy controls.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. For questions, contact [email protected].
